Resolving enigmas, explaining riddles, solving mysteries!

Harmonizing the Creation Week and Science Second Edition.

Ever since Darwin wrote his book called “On the Origin of Species”, the dispute between Religion and Science flared up. Today we consider the Bible in dispute with scientific evidence! What are we to believe? Can we arrive at a viewpoint that satisfies both the Faith and the scientific evidence?

If we take a closer look at the Sacred Scriptures, we may see that the Word of God indeed allows credibility for the scientific world! If we are to believe the Bible in the face of scientific evidence we need to take a step back and look at the Scriptures without preconceived ideas. We need to be as little children that are investigating the Word of God for the first time.

Let’s see what it does say, and what it does not say. Let’s see what interpretation it allows. Let’s bring Science and Religion together!

Once we can believe that the Creation week was indeed inspired by a miracle working God that does not deny the existence of the Dinosaurs, we can take the seven day sequence serious. This is required to gain deeper understanding in the rest of the Bible. Then we can compare and discover time sequences, and the ultimate discovery of the Creator’s Time Matrix. For now in this booklet let’s reconsider the Scriptures and harmonize the Creation week and scientific evidence.

In the first chapter we consider Theological assumptions. It discusses the fact that the Bible allows for an earlier creation and a very old earth.

In chapter two we can see delve into some background information to the naritive on the creation week. Who wrote Genesis one? How did the writer gain the information? It deals with some peculiarities of the scripture. This all leads to an honest viewpoint of what transpired.

Chapter three then deals with a more correct viewpoint that satisfies a holistic approach to the creation even.

In chapter four is a more detailed discussion of the Creation Week in the view of our holistic view in searching for the whole council of God.

The earth is very unique in its precise situation to support life over the long term. Chapter five deals with these unique features.

Are scientific dating methods accurate? Chapter six discuss the assumptions that dating methods are based on, which may prove to be inaccurate.

The Bible contains many scientific directives that amazingly proved to be true by science in this age. Chapter seven lists many of them, proving the Bible as a valuable source of scientific facts.

After reconsidering Biblical viewpoints on the Creation Week, we also need to reconsider scientific assumptions of the evolution theory, and show how weak some of the scientific arguments are. In fact the evolution theory also asks its followers to make a leap of faith!
